Standard shipping is available Australia-wide for a flat rate of $12.95. Hold tight while we explore more shipping & payment options, including internationally!

If you’d like to pay using a different method, you’re welcome to contact us via email to arrange.

Free shipping is available on all orders over $150AUD.

Processing times

Your product may be made to order so please allow up to 7 days for processing. Shipping times will vary based on your location. If you’re in a rush, contact us via email with the subject “URGENT” and we’ll do our best to accomodate your request.

International shipping

We can’t offer worldwide shipping through our website at this stage but if you’re located outside of Australia, we may still be able to arrange shipping to you directly if you reach out to us via email.

PS. Any digital download you select will arrive in your inbox so they are available worldwide.

Free local pickup

We offer free local pickup in Geelong at any of our Long Dog Club events! To order, just add your items to your cart via our online store, and select “Local pickup” as your delivery method at checkout. We’ll bring your goodies to the next meetup.

Refund & Return Policy

Refunds

Unfortunately our small store cannot offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully - we are sure that you’ll love your new creation, but if it doesn’t arrive as you expect, please contact us as soon as possible and we may be able to arrange an exchange or other alternative.

Personalised products cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged unless damaged or faulty.

Returns

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. While utmost care is taken when we wrap your orders for posting, some things are out of our control. If your purchase arrives damaged, please contact hello@longdogclub.com.au including a description and photo of the damage, within 7 days of arrival.

We will notify you once we’ve received your request. Once approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@longdogclub.com.au.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or personalised products. You can always contact us for any return question at hello@longdogclub.com.au.
