Greyhound welfare
Long Dog Club is driven by a love for greyhounds and a commitment to a better future for rescue dogs – here in Australia and around the world. We believe every dog deserves a loving home, but greyhounds often miss out due to the realities of the commercial racing industry. So, we're keen to improve quality of life for greyhounds and encourage more adoptions.
Our impact
Every purchase from our online store supports greyhound welfare – with a dollar from every sale donated to a rescue organisation so they can continue to do incredible work rehoming greyhounds.
Right now, we're fundraising for volunteer-run organisations in Victoria who rescue, rehabilitate and rehome greyhounds: including Amazing Greys, Greyt Greys Rescue & Gumtree Greys

Unlike other breeds, greyhounds in Australia are excluded from basic pet welfare protections – and that doesn’t sit right with us.
The more we understand the realities behind dog racing, the more we can push for a more compassionate future. That’s why we’re forming a volunteer committee to help raise awareness and create meaningful change.
