About us

For happy hounds in homes

Long Dog Club is an independent initiative by Chilli the Greyhound & his mum, Kayley. We’re a growing community for long dogs and the people who love them – all in favour of seeing more greyhounds and other rescue dogs in safe, happy homes.

Crafting a kinder world for greyhounds

We’re here to unite the sighthound community and spread the word that greyhounds make great pets! We’re celebrating long dogs in all their goofy, glorious glory and giving people opportunities to meet them or socialise with others through our event calendar. We want to uplift rescues and support them however we can – including donating a portion of profits from our online store.

Meet our president

The heart of Long Dog Club is our Club President and goodest boy, Chilli the Greyhound. After being bred for dog racing in Victoria, he made his way into our home at the age of 3 and has since wiggled his way into the hearts of millions on social media. By sharing his story and the joys of greyhound companionship with the world, our hope is to improve greyhound welfare and encourage others to welcome a long dog into their home.
