Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on orders over $185, or standard flat-rate shipping for $10 for Australian orders. Please hold tight while we explore more shipping & payment options, including express & international post. 

Pre-orders

Items available for pre-order will be shipped once the pre-order period is over, noted on individual product pages. By default, all items in your order will be shipped together once the pre-order items become available – but if you'd like to receive your other items separately, reach out to us and we'll arrange shipping accordingly. 

Processing times

Orders are handpicked and carefully packed — please allow up to 5 business days for processing before your order ships. If you’re in a rush, contact us via email and we’ll let you know if we can accomodate your request.

International shipping

We're still setting up our store for international shipping so in the meantime, if you're located outside of Australia, you can reach out to us via email to enquire about shipping rates. Please include your country, zip code + items you'd like to purchase.
