Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on orders over $185, or standard flat-rate shipping for $10 for Australian orders. International shipping rates are calculated by weight. 

Pre-orders

Items available for pre-order will be shipped once the pre-order period is over, noted on individual product pages. By default, all items in your order will be shipped together once the pre-order items become available – but if you'd like to receive your other items separately, reach out to us and we'll arrange shipping accordingly. 

Processing times

Orders are handpicked and carefully packed — please allow up to 5 business days for processing before your order ships. If you’re in a rush, contact us via email and we’ll let you know if we can accomodate your request.

Shipping times will vary based on your location, and delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control – find current shipping estimates directly from the AusPost website or via this table.

International shipping

We ship to New Zealand, Asia Pacific, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Europe via Australia Post International Standard. Rates are calculated by the total weight of your order at checkout. Once dispatched, international delivery typically takes 6–20 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Please allow for this to vary due to factors outside our control like global conflict, natural disasters etc. 

We understand that shipping from Australia is expensive so we encourage group orders as a way to share the fees. We're also on the lookout for international stockists so send us an email if that sounds like you, or you have any suggestions :)

Please note: any import taxes, VAT, customs fees or duties are to be covered by the purchaser.
